With me today is quintessence. quintessence leads hachyderm.io, executive director of the nivenly foundation, and is very invested in trust and safety on the Fediverse. Quintessence has come up with some amazing articles and tools that I believe any platform should leverage to teach their mods the best to deal with difficult situations. quintessence also has been limited to words no longer than 2 syllables in the past, so we’ll see if we can stick to that.
